Our guarantee and returns policy 

We always stand by the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer. If you’re not completely satisfied, please tell us about it so that we can put the situation right and do better next time! You can return an unused product to us within 28 days for a full refund provided it is in a resalable condition.

We will endeavour to replace or exchange any items that have become defective within a reasonable period. When returning a product, please use the returns form on the back of your invoice. Please tell us the reason you are returning the product, as this really helps us to improve our service to you. We recommend you to obtain a Certificate of Postage from the Post Office to insure you against lost post. For high value returns you may wish to organise Special Delivery, please speak to your Post Office for advice.
